VIRTUAL ICAR Attendee- $50 USD

Virtual access to ICAR live-streaming via Zoom and to view recorded sessions for 7 weeks post-ICAR. Note that all ICAR speakers must attend in-person and virtual access does not enable you to give a virtual talk.

No refunds unless access is canceled by the organizers*. Livestreaming via Zoom. Recordings may be hosted by Vimeo, which is inaccessible in China and several other countries. We may secure a video host that is accessible in China. If so, we will update this information. Please do not register if you cannot access Zoom for livestream, or Vimeo for recordings. *Due to the significant resources required to facilitate virtual access, even with major support by the Multinational Arabidopsis Steering Committee, we may cancel the virtual component if we do not reach a minimum number of virtual registrants. If we cancel virtual access we will fully reimburse all paid virtual registration fees.

Includes virtual access to all meeting sessions, livestreaming^ via Zoom, and session recordings^ for up to 7 weeks post-ICAR, and PDF program & abstract book. ^Excludes any potential non-official sessions that may be added in the future that are not recorded or livestreamed.

Virtual Cancellation Policy & Fee

  • You may transfer your virtual registration to another person with no fees, provided you notify us in writing by July 1, 2027.
